Innovative Learning Media Triggering The Students Enthusiasm

The teaching and learning that has occurred at home over the past few months, has made  students and teachers adapt to new habits and also in the use of learning media. Daily use of the internet is undeniably a necessity. Through the impact of COVID-19, this provides lessons to teachers, students and parents about the importance of technology today.

Based on the results of an interview that was conducted with an elementary school student who told about the online learning experience during this pandemic, noting that the media used by the teacher was still less attractive. Giving assignments that are given every day through the WhatsApp group with inadequate explanation of the material and without a question and answer session, makes students confused and less understanding. 

As time goes by, and it coincides with the appointment of a TV channel as a learning media, bringing new enthusiasm for students to learn. Every day at 9 am students can watch shows aired on TVRI that provide an explanation of the subject in an interesting way and properties that really support students to pay attention. The schedule provided by KEMENDIKBUD for learning shows aired on TVRI every day, makes it easier for students to watch based on their education level. The show not only shows the learning that students must master, but also introduces Indonesian culture, fairy tales, animation, and many other things which certainly help online learning.
